Everything is baked to order, depending on what we have prepared it can take up to 3 days for a loaf of sourdough to be made, most other products can be made in 1 day.

We ship everything USPS or UPS with 1 or 2 day delivery.

As soon as your order cools, we wrap it up in plastic wrap or a plastic bag to seal in the freshness.

Due to wanting to keep everything fresh, we only ship domestically, and while we will ship anywhere in the country, we recommend shipping less than 500 miles from Greensboro, NC.

Everything is baked after you order it, packaged as soon as it is cool, and shipped the same day it is baked.

If your order is damaged we will file a claim with the shipping company and provide you with a refund.

We don’t currently offer any gluten-free products, our regular sourdough bread is dairy-free and vegan.

Our breads are good for a week on the counter, or up to 6 months in the freezer. Most other products are good for a little longer on the counter and 6 months in the freezer.

We don’t currently offer gifting options, but we are exporting it.

We don’t offer any customization right now.

Yes, we are on the Shopify platform and their Shop app has order tracking.
